Nadja is Verified Tax Expert at Slovenian Institute of Auditors. As tax and legal consultant she is working on legal matters concerning commercial, civil, execution and labour law. She is also working on tax and legal matters regarding personal income tax and corporate income tax including preparation of transfer pricing documentation and R&D reporting programs for R&D tax allowances. She also covers legal matters concerning personal and corporate income tax. She assists mainly foreign clients regarding matters of incorporation of companies in Slovenia and covers legal and tax matters regarding mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has participated in various legal and tax due diligence processes of Slovenian companies. In 2020 Nadja became IBFD correspondent for Slovenia.
She graduated on the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and at The Vocational College of Traffic and Transport in Maribor (studies of economics). Throughout her studies she worked in two audit firms, where she gained knowledge in the field of accounting and finance, and in a law firm on the field of commercial, civil and execution law. She was also a judicial trainee at the District Court of Ptuj, where she gained the necessary experience to acquire the bar exam.
Nadja is proficient in German and fluent in English.
